I had a welcome with exceptional service at check-in. Every staff member was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, but the lack of a plug in the bathtub was a disappointment. The cleaning could be improved. I noticed some spots on the carpet that didn’t seem clean. I did like the fantastic view from my room. It was also nice to have a spacious family room, but the bathroom setup was a bit awkward. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and breakfast had a great variety, though I felt it could be more affordable. My experience was a mix of comfort and minor inconveniences.

Breakfast was satisfying and provided a variety of options.
I found the rooms frustrating. on checking in, I was given a room that was damp and smelled musty. Despite my complaints, I had to change rooms three times, which was exhausting and inconvenient. Ultimately, the experience was marred by the lack of proper upkeep and structural issues.

Request a room on a lower floor if load shedding occurs, as stairs may be a hassle, especially for those with mobility concerns.

The sea view was great for sunsets. Breakfast was tasty with good portions. The hotel shuttle made getting around super easy. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun group getaway.
The breakfast price was a bit high if you're not included. Would've liked it to be more affordable as we only ate there once.
